In a fresh round of administrative reshuffles, the Uttar Pradesh government on Friday transferred one IAS and six PCS officers, introducing key changes across various departments and districts. As part of the reshuffle, new registrars have been appointed at two major state universities.
Key IAS Posting
Navneet Sehra, a 2020 batch IAS officer, has been appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Siddharthnagar. He was previously serving as Joint Managing Director, Cooperative Sugar Mills Association, and Additional Commissioner, Excise.
PCS Officers Transferred
Amit Kumar Rathore-III, formerly Chief Revenue Officer, Gorakhpur, has been appointed Registrar of Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur.
Ajay Mishra, SDM Moradabad, has been posted as Registrar of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.
Vikas Kashyap, City Magistrate of Muzaffarnagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate (City), Ghaziabad.
Pankaj Prakash Rathore, SDM Meerut, will now serve as City Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar.
Himanshu Kumar Gupta, Deputy Housing Commissioner in the Housing Development Council, Lucknow, has been appointed Principal Manager, UP Cooperative Sugar Mills Association, Lucknow.
Udit Narayan Sengar, SDM Unnao, has been transferred as SDM, Meerut.
These transfers are part of routine administrative realignments aimed at improving governance and strengthening field-level administration in various parts of the state.
