- Shambhu Kallolikar has been appointed as Principal Secretary/ Commissioner, Agriculture Marketing & Agri Business.
- Mrs R Lalitha was made Deputy Secretary, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection.
- Dayanand Kataria is Principal Secretary/Commissioner, Minorities Welfare.
- Mrs A Suganthi has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Rural Development.
- P Senthilkumar as Joint Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries.
- G K Arun Sundar Thayalan as Deputy Secretary, Adi Dravider and Tribal Welfare.
- Hemant Kumar Sinhas as ACS/CMD, TANSI; Mrs Supriya Sahu as MD, TIIC.
- Praveen P Nair as Regional Deputy Commissioner, North.
- Dr Subodh Kumar as Regional Deputy Commissioner, Centre, School Education Department.
- Rajendra Ratnoo gets additional charge of Commissioner, Social Security and Member Secretary, 5th State Finance Commission.
