11 IRTS officers empanelled as Joint Secretary, Govt of India

As many as 11 IRTS officers of 1991 batch empanelled to the Joint Secretary level post in the Govt of India. The officers are: V. Avinash Malegaonka; Chandrima Roy; Shyam Sunder Gupta; Rinkesh Roy; Sanjay Bajpai; T. Silva Kumar; Neeraj Sharma; Biplav Kumar; Arvind Malkhede, K. Padmaja and Satyaki Nath.
