Three Assam-Meghalaya 2024 batch IAS officers assigned to District Training roles; Tejas Agnihotri posted as AC, Nagaon.

Jorhat, Assam, April 25: Three IAS officers from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, 2024 batch, have been assigned district training postings following the successful completion of Phase-I of their professional course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie.

  • Tejas Agnihotri has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (AC) in Nagaon.

  • Unhale Ashish Vidhyadhar has been appointed Assistant Commissioner in Cachar.

  • Sindhu N Raghavan will serve as Assistant Commissioner in Jorhat.

As part of the structured training regimen, newly inducted IAS officers undergo district training under the mentorship of senior officers to build practical experience in governance and field administration.

These postings represent an important milestone in the professional development of the young officers, offering them hands-on exposure to key administrative challenges in Assam’s districts.
