The Central Bureau of Investigation has raided off in Delhi and Mumbai Included DIPP offices, Dept of Economic Affairs, Dept of Disinvestment in an alleged case of sale/leakage of confidential & Sensitive documents related to the Foreign investments in the M/o Commerce & Finance. Government confidential documents are allegedly sold for consideration by certain Government officials to a Mumbai based CA who in turn passed documents to many Corporate Houses.
Khem Chand Gandhi, a Mumbai based CA and three Under Secretaries in Ministry of Finance have been arrested so far and around 60 lakhs recovered from CA’s office & residence as they used to send documents through courier to Corporate Companies and top Banks.
