The 2008 batch IPS officer, J S Deshwal who was serving as Personal Secretary to Overseas Indian Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj has been moved to his parent cadre. Deshwal was in September last year appointed as Private Secretary for five-year term or on co-terminus basis with the Minister’s tenure.
