V. K. Thakral(IAS, MN:82) has been accorded with the additional charge of the post of Addl Secretary & Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. Prior to this he was serving as Addl Secretary & Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt of India.
