Chairperson & two Members of AERAAT gets extension for six months

As many as three officers have been accorded with the extension of tenure of additional charge of the posts of Chairman and Member in Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal (AERAAT), as under, for a
further period of six months w.e.f. 07.09.2016. Accordingly,

1. Justice D.K. Jain, President, NCDRC as Chairperson, AERAAT.
2. Justice V.K. Jain, Member, NCDRC as Member, AERAAT.
3. Smt. Rekha Gupta, Member, NCDRC as Member, AERAAT.
