The 1984 batch IAS officer, Basant Pratap Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of Mahdya Pradesh ,orders have been issued for the appointment as Chief Secretary of the Madhya Pradesh by the State Government. Singh, will work as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) until the retirement of present incumbent Anthony De Sa on October 31. Singh will don the mantle on November 1, 2016.
