Air India Chairman and Managing Director Ashwani Lohani has been appointed as the Chairman of World Travel and Tourism Council, India Initiative (WTTCII). The WTTCII was launched in February 2000 to raise awareness of the crucial role that travel and tourism plays in the development and growth of the economy in India.
