Ex Indian Air Force chief S P Tyagi was granted bail by Patiala House Court in the AgustaWestland case. Tyagi was arrested by the CBI along with his cousin Sanjeev Tyagi and Delhi-based lawyer Gautam Khaitan. Imposing several conditions on his release, the court said Tyagi cannot leave the country without its permission.
