Alok Sinha a UP cadre IAS officer of 1986 batch, has been appointed Principal Secretary to Govt of U.P. I.I.D.C. & Chairman, NOIDA Gautambudh Nagar along with charges of NRI department. Before this he was posted as commissioner Meerut. Mr. Sinha is master of science ( MS), physics, from IIT Delhi and considered a bright officer. UP government is serious about industrial growth and expansion in Uttar Pradesh.
