The 1988 batch Indian Foreign Service(IFS) officer, Vinay MOhan Kwatra has been appointed as new Ambassador of India to France. Kwatra is Joint Secretary in the Prime Minister’s office(PMO). He is going to Succeed Mohan Kumar who is retiring from service.
