Senior bureaucrat and 1987 batch UP cadre IAS officer Mr. Debashish Panda has taken charge of Resident Commissioner UP and CEO Greater Noida Authority today. He was recently been transferred from the position of Principal secretary ( Home) Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Panda did commendable job at Home department and was one of the key members of the team who successfuly launched UP 100 in Uttar Pradesh. He put lots of effforts to make it possible. He is a prompt and bright officer and always keeps low profile.
