The 1995 batch IDAS officer, Sandeep Sarkar has been appointed as Joint Secretary in Cabinet Secretariat by temporarily upgrading the post of DS/Director level vice Ms. Manju Rajpal(IAS, RJ:2000). Prior to this he was serving as Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
