Three IAS officers transferred in Chhattisgarh. The officers are: Emil Lakra posted as Special Secretary, GAD; Chandrakanta Uikey appointed as Joint Secretary, Panchayat and A K Toppo appointed as Special Secretary, Forest in Chhattisgarh.
