Senior bureaucrat of UP, Mr. Kamran Rizvi ( 91 UP) who is presently working as Managing Director and Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam has been given NOC from Uttar Pradesh Government for deputation at centre. He will be joining at centre as Joint Secretary level in mid November.
Mr. Rizvi is considered a very prompt but low profile IAS officer in UP. Prior to his current posting he also worked as Principal Secretary, Appointment and Personnel
