C. S. Bora, Pramod Kumar Khatri, Yogesh Partaity and Ajit Kujur Keshari of (IRSEE:91); Satyaveer Singh Yadav, Sushil Kumar and G. V. Mallikarjuna Rao(IRSEE:92); R. L. BHardwaj(IRSS:1991).
