Devendra Fadnavis sworn in as Chief Minister of Maharashtra second time and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister, he is a member of Nationalist Congress Party(NCP). Minute after Fadnavis and Pawar took oath, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratualted them and said he is confident that both will work with diligence for the future of Maharashtra.
President rule which was imposed on 12 November has been revoked.
