IAS Vijoy Kumar Singh has been posted as Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Year 1990-batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Vijoy Kumar Singh has an experience of more than thirty two years in administration.
The recent Punjab Govrnment order appointing IAS Vijoy Kumar Singh as Special Chief Secretary to Punjab Chief Minister, says “Consequent upon joining of Vijoy Kumar Singh, IAS (1990) to the Government of Punjab, he is hereby posted as Special Chief Secretary to the Punjab Chief Minister, Punjab.”
