Mahalingam moved as Ambassador to CARICOM

V Mahalingam has been transferred and posted as next High Commissioner of India to Antigua & Barbuda, High Commissioner of India to the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis and next Ambassador of India to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat with residence in Georgetown (Guyana). Prior to this he was posted in Guyana as High Commissioner of India.
