IPS officers Sumer Pratap Singh & Liakkiya Karunagaran have been assigned new administrative responsibilities.
Year 2012 batch Indian Police Services officer of Haryana cadre, Sumer Pratap Singh has been sent on deputation from Haryana Cadre to AGMUT Cadre (Chandigarh Segment). Singh has been given a tenure of three years.
Simultaneously, year 2012 batch IPS Liakkiya Karunagaran has been appointed as SSP in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Karunagaran will continue on the position for a period of five years.
