Indian Administrative Services officer Anoop Khinchi has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
As per the recent notifications of appointments and recommendations issued from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) Anoop Khinchi has beeen repatriated to his parent cadre in order to avail the benefits of promotion.
Year 2008 batch of IAS officer from Nagaland, Anoop Khinchi was at present rendering services as Director, Ministry of Defence.
