West Bengal Governor M.K. Narayanan has resigned and becoming the fourth governor to quit after the NDA government took charge. The three governors who resigned earlier were B.L. Joshi (Uttar Pradesh), Shekhar Dutt (Chhattisgarh) and Ashwani Kumar (Nagaland)
