IAS officer Bhupinder Kumar has been posted as Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR).
The Competent authority approves the appointment of Shri Bhupinder Kumar, lAS (AGMUT:2011), to the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR).
Officer Kumar will be serving at the Deputy Secretary level for Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh region. Under the Central Staffing Scheme this is going to be an additional charge assigned to Kumar.
Year 2011 batch of IAS (AGMUT) officer Bhupinder Kumar will continue serving on the post for one year and nine months till 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
