IRS officer MK Bhagat has been designated as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare.
Following the approval on the proposal, Madhukar Kumar Bhagat has been mandated to be assigned elevated administrative role as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare.
Year 1995 batch IRS officer Madhukar Kumar Bhagat was awarded the Finance Minister’s gold medal for the best probationary officer out of the 50th batch of the Indian Revenue Services officers in the year 1998.
