The 1991 batch IAS officer, Shambhu Kallolikar has taken over the charge from Satish Chandra as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Fertilizers for the period of three months. Kallolikar is presently serving as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Pharmaceuticals.
