IRTS officer Upendra Chandra has been appointed as General Manager, NCR.
Lately through an issued directive the competent authority has mandated name of IRTS officer Upendra Chandra for the position of General Manager, North Central Railways.
The official orders of the appointment of Upendra Chandra Joshi as General Manager, North Central Railway (NCR), Prayagraj have also been issued. Upendra Chandra is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
