Retired IAS Mukul Singhal has been designated as Chairman, UPSCEC in Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh Government has posted recently retired IAS officer Mukul Singhal as the Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Election Commission (UPSCEC).
A year 1986-batch retired IAS officer Mukul Singhal was last serving as the Chairman of the Board of Revenue prior to retiring in 2022.
