Five IAS Officers have been assigned responsibilities as Special Officers to ensure smooth paddy procurement.
The Haryana Government has deputed five IAS officers as special officers in various districts for ensuring the smooth operation of paddy procurement. The new system has been implemented in the state immediate government procurement of paddy brought by the farmers with up to 17% moisture and for gate passes in the mandis.
IAS officer Jitendra Kumar for Yamunanagar and Dr. Anshaj Singh (2008-batch IAS officer) has been appointed as the special officer for Kurukshetra.
