As per a recently issued directive by the state administration of Sikkim, name of State Administrative Services officer Kesang Dicki Rechung has been mandated for a promotion to the Indian Administrative Service rank.
Sikkim state service officer Ms Kesang Dicki Rechung has been elevated to the IAS rank for the Select List of 2023 and allocated to the Sikkim Cadre.
