Haryana is set to witness a significant administrative overhaul in 2025, as eight senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers retire.
Eight Senior IAS Officers to Retire in 2025
The Haryana Personnel Department has released a list of eight senior IAS officers who are scheduled to retire between April and December 2025. Their retirements will create vacancies, paving the way for new appointments within the state administration.
List of IAS Officers Retiring in 2025:
- Mr. Ashok Khemka – April 30, 2025
- Mr. Anurag Rastogi – June 30, 2025
- Mr. Mahabir Kaushik – June 30, 2025
- Mr. Anand Mohan Sharan – August 31, 2025
- Mr. Rajesh Jogpal – September 30, 2025
- Mr. Sujan Singh – October 31, 2025
- Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg – November 30, 2025
The retirement of these senior officers, coupled with the promotion of 27 HCS officers to the IAS cadre, is expected to lead to a comprehensive restructuring of the state’s administrative framework.
