In a recent administrative reshuffle, G Phaneendra Reddy, an IAS officer of the 2018 Telangana cadre, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Telangana Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC). He was previously serving as the Chief Rationing Officer in Hyderabad.
In a separate development, the Competent Authority has approved the premature repatriation of Naval Kishore Ram, a 2008-batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre, to his home cadre. Mr. Ram was serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Revenue under the Union Ministry of Finance. According to an official statement, his repatriation has been sanctioned on personal grounds, based on a proposal submitted by the Department of Revenue.
These decisions are part of broader administrative adjustments aimed at optimizing officer deployment in line with evolving governance priorities and individual circumstances.
