In a significant administrative move, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has announced a large-scale reshuffle within the Delhi Police, involving the transfer and posting of 38 senior officers. The reshuffle affects 24 officers from the Indian Police Service (IPS) and 14 from the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Police Service (DANIPS).
Among the key changes, 1995-batch IPS officer David Lalrinsanga has been appointed as Commissioner of Police/Special Protection & Women and Child Safety (CP/SPWAC) and SUPUNER.
