Recognised as ‘Best Performer’ in National Training Programme; Leads Winning Team as Well
Mussoorie/Agartala: IAS officer Ms. Aditi Majumder, hailing from Tripura, has secured the top rank in the written examination of the 127th Induction Training Programme at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. Her remarkable performance was officially recognised during a felicitation ceremony held on June 12, 2025, at Vivekananda Hall, where she was awarded the ‘Best Performer in Written Examination’ certificate by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha.
Leadership Beyond Academics
In addition to her individual achievement, Ms. Majumder also led her team—Group 1—which was adjudged the Best Performing Group of the programme. The team was also felicitated with a certificate of appreciation presented by the Speaker, further highlighting her leadership qualities.
About the Programme
The 127th Induction Training Programme at LBSNAA is a prestigious six-week course designed to strengthen the administrative, ethical, and leadership capabilities of civil servants. This edition saw participation from 97 officers representing 19 states, underscoring its national importance and competitive environment.
Tripura had a strong representation, with officers such as Mr. Ajit Sukladas, Mr. Devananda Reang, Mr. Santosh Das, Mr. Dhanbabu Reang, Mr. Dasarath Debbarma, Mr. Mihir Kanti Gope, and Mr. Upendra Jamatia also attending, reflecting the state’s growing prominence in national civil services.
