Government Appoints Tamanna Sinha and Siva Sankar Bandi as Deputy Secretaries in CVC

New Delhi: The Government of India has approved the appointments of two senior officers as Deputy Secretaries in the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).

Tamanna Sinha Appointed Deputy Secretary, CVC
Tamanna Sinha, an Indian Economic Service (IES) officer of the 2012 batch, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the CVC. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), she will serve under the Central Staffing Scheme for a tenure of four years from the date she assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Recommended for central deputation by the Department of Economic Affairs, Sinha has been instructed to be relieved of her current responsibilities to join her new assignment in New Delhi.

Siva Sankar Bandi Appointed Deputy Secretary, CVC
In a parallel appointment, Siva Sankar Bandi, an officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), has also been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the CVC. His induction further strengthens the commission’s administrative capacity in overseeing vigilance and integrity mechanisms within government systems.
