Mr Brij Mohan Mishra has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce. He will serve for a total term of five years, up to November 16, 2026, or until further instructions, whichever occurs earlier. He replaces Mr Amitabh Kumar, IRS (C&IT: 1992).
Mr Neeraj Kharwal, IAS (UD: 2007)
Mr Neeraj Kharwal has been designated as Managing Director (Joint Secretary level) of the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) under the Department of Commerce. His tenure will last five years from the date he assumes office or until further orders.
Mr Harsh Mangla, IAS (JH: 2008)
Mr Harsh Mangla has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare. He will serve for a total tenure of five years, up to January 24, 2027, or until further instructions. He succeeds Ms. Latha Ganapathy, IAS (TN: 2007).
Mr Shruti Singh, IAS (PB: 2004)
Ms. Shruti Singh has been named Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Her tenure will continue for five years from the date she assumes charge, or until further orders. She takes over from Ms. Garima Singh, CSS.
Mr Jai Prakash Shivahare, IAS (GJ: 2002)
Mr Jai Prakash Shivahare has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). His five-year tenure will commence from the date he takes charge. The appointment involves temporarily downgrading a vacant Additional Secretary post within the department.
Mr Vikas Gupta, IAS (HY: 2001)
Mr Vikas Gupta has been chosen as Commissioner of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), under the Department of School Education and Literacy. He will serve for five years or until further orders, whichever comes first. He replaces Ms. Nidhi Pandey, IIS (1991).
