The Government of India has officially appointed senior Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer Dr. Hifzur Rahman as the next Ambassador of India to the State of Libya. Dr. Rahman, an experienced diplomat with more than two decades of service, is currently serving as India’s Ambassador to the Republic of Chad.
