Ms Sushma Suri, senior Supreme Court advocate, is in the race for the post of Additional Secretary, Dept of Legal Affairs. It may be noted that as many as three posts of Additional Secretary have been lying vacant with the Dept of Legislative Affairs & the Dept of Legal Affairs which may soon be filled with fresh appointment by the third week of August.
