Bharat Kumar Dabbeeru Promoted as Additional Director of Enforcement (Prosecution) in ED
Bharat Kumar Dabbeeru has been promoted as Additional Director of Enforcement (Prosecution) in the Enforcement Directorate in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix. BK Dabbeeru will hold the post at Level 13 of the Pay Matrix, marking a significant elevation in his career within the agency.
The appointment places Dabbeeru in a senior position in the ED’s prosecution wing, which plays a crucial role in handling legal proceedings arising from investigations conducted by the agency. The prosecution function is particularly important in cases involving money laundering and other financial offences, where investigations have to be followed through with legally sustainable proceedings before courts.
Dabbeeru’s elevation is part of the Centre’s continuing exercise of strengthening the senior leadership structure of the Enforcement Directorate.
