Pallav Bhattacharya, General Managerin ONGC has taken over charge as Head of Corporate Communications, ONGC. Prior to this he was posted in Mumbai and served with ONGC as its spokesperson. In his new stint in Delhi he has succeeded Sanjay Kumar Jha.
