Rakesh Kumar appointed CVO, Hindustan Copper Limited

The 1990 batch IDAS officer, Rakesh Kumar is being appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Hindustan Copper Limited, Kolkata under the Ministry of Mines for an initial tenure of three years, extendable further by another two years in the same CPSE or upto three years by shifting to another CPSE on completion of initial tenure of three years in Hindustan Copper Limited, with the prior approval of the CVC.
