The 1995 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Pankaj Darad, IG, Rail, has been deputed to coordinate with local administration of Jammu and Kashmir for the retrieval of people belonging to Bihar stranded in flood affected areas.
Pankaj Darad moved to J&K for the relief works
