The 1981 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Madhusudhan Prasad is most likely to succeed Rajeev Kher(IAS, UP:80) as the new Secretary to the Dept of Commerce in February. Presently he is serving as Additional Secretary in Commerce department.
