Yash Pal Singhal,IPS officer of the 1983 batch has been appointed as the new Director General Police (DGP) in Haryana Police. He was presently posted as Director General of Vigilance Bureau.Singhal replaced SN Vashisht, an officer of the 1981 batch, who has been posted as Director General of State Vigilance Bureau in place of Singhal.
