IPS Officer Abdul Ahad has been transferred to BMTC as Director, Security and Vigilance in the state of Karnataka.
A year 2012 batch IPS officer Abdul Ahad, having held several prominent roles, holds an extensive service record.
Currently IPS Abdul Ahad is serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in the Bengaluru City Crime Branch (CCB). Now with the newly released order from the state administration he has now been reassigned as the Director of Security and Vigilance for the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC).
