The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Anuj Kumar Bishnoi, Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministryof Chemicals and Fertilizers has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Vijay Shankar Pandey, lAS (UP:1979) on his appointment as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers,Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
