The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Anuj Kumar Bishnoi will continue as Special Secretary, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence in Government of India till the date of assumption of charge as Secretary in Ministry of Water Resources.
