The 1992 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, Ashish Kumar Bhutani has been appointed to the post of CEO, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna(PMFBY) at the level of Joint Secretary under the Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare.
