The 1987 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, B. Anand has been given addl charge of the post of Financial Adviser, Dept of Science & Technology with immediate effect. He is currently posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser in the Dept of Biotechnology.
